Most Beneficial Positive Review of Product
The composition of pre-workout boosters (of which there are already 1,000 types, right) is 80-90% the same. This is no accident, as they have an effect. The difference between the products is essentially only the ratio of the ingredients, and that 10-20% extra "magic ingredient" :) (in this case, e.g. Siberian ginseng). this is very popular. The caffeine is a lot for me, 200mg would have been more than enough, so I only drink it with a spoonful, but even that much is punishing! If one pre-workout doesn't work for someone, the other one breaks his iron, I think genetics determines which ingredient responds better and which doesn't. You have to experience this, this is how I chose it

Most Beneficial Negative Review of Product
I tried this "pump" when it was on sale and after the third workout it ended up in the trash. No effect, no pumping (lack of arginine/citrulline, ornithine or anything more advanced there) no increase in energy (when you drink coffee you will feel a greater rush of energy) and finally it is called a stimulant, so most of us expect it to excite us somehow/ it prepares you for training and here you won't get that even after three scoops, only unbearable itching.. So this product 0 points. Better have a coffee and buy arginine, the effect will definitely be better. :)
