The reality is that the taste is terrible. I even tried combining it with other syrups and sweeteners, but I would not recommend it to anyone. Main problems with this product: It is a powder. High-quality shilajit should be a resin or at least a standardized extract. Powder = often diluted, minimally purified. ❌ Nowhere do they mention the percentage of fulvic acid. This is the biggest red flag. Without this data, you cannot know what you are actually taking. Quality products boast about this (20%, 30%, 50%). ❌ No mention of heavy metal testing. Shilajit without certificates = potential risk. Cheap mumio from Asia is often contaminated. ❌ Price. €12.95 for 100 g looks attractive. Many products are: under-dosed, without standardization, without transparency. ???? For protein, creatine, oats – OK. ???? For adaptogens, shilajit, herbs – NO. ???? If you want SHILAJIT that MAKES SENSE: Look for exactly this: ✔ Resin shilajit. ✔ Min. 20–30% fulvic acid. ✔ Laboratory tests (heavy metals). ✔ No fillers, no inulin, no starch.
