Active ingredients of the product:
- Magnesium promotes electrolyte balance and reduces fatigue and exhaustion.

Sodium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium citrate, gelatin capsule (gelatin, iron oxide), potassium gluconate, calcium gluconate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, sodium chloride, L-carnosine, calcium D-pantothenate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, nicotinamide, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Recommended
On days with physical activity, take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules about 40 minutes before physical activity. Use as needed during exercise. In case of difficulties and preparation for training, take 2 days in advance 5 capsules a day. Maximum daily intake: 5 capsules.
