Pure Mass® Gainer is a high-quality blend consisting mainly of whey concentrate, micellar casein, egg protein and a blend of carbohydrates. Ingredients
Protein blend (whey protein concentrate 80% [25%] (milk), micellar casein [10,5%] (milk), egg white albumin [2%]), carbohydrate blend (pure fine oats [20%], maltodextrin [20%]], Waxy maze starch [4,4%]), L-glutamine, flaxseed powder, cocoa powder, medium-chain triglycerides, natural flavouring, sweetener (Sucralose®), instantising agent (soy lecithin).
Recommended use
Add three large scoops (115 g) to 600 ml of water or milk. Shake and consume immediately. Use less liquid for a thicker and stronger tasting shake. Use milk for a creamier tasting shake. Adjust to taste.
