    Whey is tasty, it doesn't puff up, it's easy to digest. Some write here that it costs a lot. Of course, when you mix it in a mixer and completely useless. It can't even be mixed properly there. The best solution is to put the measuring cup in a glass and first mix it with a small amount of water to create a solid mixture that needs to be mixed well and water added slowly. Then it's pretty much all dissolved. Start working about 15 minutes before consumption, and mix it with a spoon every now and then as you exercise. Everything will dissolve nicely. Forget the shaker, I don't use it at all and I have more products. I would rather give a stick instead of a shaker as a bonus to the 2.5 kg package.

    This new brew is great! I have chocolate coconut, the protein does not foam at all, which surprised me because before I had cappuccino and froth. It is also good instant and the taste is also good, not too sweet, just right. I wonder if all the flavors from this brew are so good that they don't sing, etc.

    I have to admit that for the price the quality is great. A lot of people write that the taste doesn't need to be addressed, but when a person tastes it three times with one unnamed brand, they will understand ;) That is, the taste is less pronounced compared to the ratio of water as stated on the package, but what's a plus is that it doesn't irritate with its sweet taste, it's pleasant and the chocolate is great . The foaminess is also great, it gets a little bit, which is a matter of course, but it subsides within a minute. For one dose, 20g of protein is worth it for that price. I will try other flavors as well. Definitely 5* for me and I recommend it. Don't be afraid to try, take a 500g package like I did and see if it fits you

    I tried the chocolate-coconut flavor and I have to say it wasn't as strong as I expected, but it wasn't bad. I think a smaller amount of water would be fine. as for foaming, it hardly foams at all and the foam that is there is completely soft and you can't even feel it. Well, I rate the solubility at 100% - it dissolves perfectly. I recommend!

    I was a little worried about what was written below in the reviews, but I have to say that in terms of taste and foam it is heaven and earth compared to the competing WPC80, the foaming is minimal, solubility - immediately, I had to mix the competing WPC80 in a blender anyway, there were lumps and the foam did not fall off in less than 15 minutes, this is instant, put it in a shaker, mix it for a few seconds and you can drink it. The taste of chocolate-coconut reminds me of whey protein from BiotechUSA... we'll see what the effects will be on the body, but the price/weight ratio is unbeatable.

    everyone writes very peni solubility and what do I know what. the stupidity of peni probably approximately the same yes casein fusion from biotech maybe a little less it dissolved right away. it is not sweet at all, neither too much nor too little, which pleased me.
