Micellar Casein - micellar casein ideal as night protein which provides dose of amino acids to the muscles for 12 hours

Protein Micellar Casein is micellar casein protein with high protein content (70% protein proportion) with the addition of calcium caseinate and whey protein concentrate. It is characterised by long absorption time, for 12 hours. That's why it is recommended mostly for night use as night protein in order to enable long-term supply of amino acids to the muscle cells.

Composition

micellar casein (milk), calcium caseinate (from milk), whey protein concentrate (from milk), stabilizer E414, acid regulator: malic acid, cocoa with low fat content for chocolate flavour, sweeting: sucralose.

 

Dosing

Use 30 g (1,5 of dose) of product dissolved in 300 ml of water or milk, once or twice a day.
