It has an extremely high content of protein (more than 10 g per 40 g of brownie), which comes from premium quality protein sources. This is also due to the TPW Whey Protein, a mixture of micellar casein and whey protein concentrate. Brownie thus hides a protein mix that contains the optimal ratio of fast and slow absorbable proteins.
