Peptide Hair Serum is a concentrated daily care treatment targeted directly at the scalp and hair follicles. It combines 8 advanced peptides, including SH-Polypeptide-86 (follistatin) and copper tripeptide-1. These are complemented by NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide; NAD+ precursor) and curcumin. The water-based formula uses a nanoliposomal system, which delivers peptides and active ingredients directly to the scalp and hair follicles to support their vitality. The clean, non-irritating and biocompatible formula is non-comedogenic, fragrance-free, sulphate-free, paraben-free, and free from hormones and prostaglandins. The product is tested by an independent laboratory for heavy metals and microbiological purity.
- Hydration and a healthy scalp: Moisturising ingredients (e.g., copper tripeptide-1) help keep the scalp supple. Copper peptide is also associated with supporting the skin barrier.2

- Use the dropper to apply directly to the scalp, focusing on the areas you want to address.
- One full dropper covers the entire scalp; adjust the amount as needed.
- Massage the serum into the scalp.
- Allow it to dry completely before applying other hair products.
Visible changes to the scalp and hair require regular use – according to Blueprint, for at least four months. One bottle (50 ml) lasts for approximately one month.
Peptide Hair Serum is the second step in Bryan Johnson's daily hair protocol. The full protocol is applied correctly as follows:
- Use Blueprint Peptide Shampoo in the shower.
- After towel-drying, apply Blueprint Peptide Hair Serum.
- Finally, wear the Blueprint 302 Laser Cap for 6 minutes.
The serum can also be incorporated alongside minoxidil or finasteride, but it is not a replacement for them. Microneedling is not part of the protocol. If you include it, do it first, and only then follow with shampoo and serum. Of the other Blueprint products, Essential Capsules, Advanced Antioxidants and Collagen Peptides are suitable for your hair routine.
