Omega 3+ XFT are capsules that contain mainly omega 3 fatty acids. These are fats from fish oil that our body cannot make on its own, so we need to replenish them regularly. One serving contains 990 mg of EPA, which contributes to the proper function of the heart, and 660 mg of DHA, which, in addition to the heart function, has the effect of maintaining proper brain function and healthy eyesight.
