Omega 3 High Strength is a quality source of omega-3 fatty acids from premium fish oil in the form of softgel capsules. Specifically, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of optimal brain function and good vision. However, this effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. In addition, a daily dose of 250 mg EPA and DHA will support proper heart function.
