Instructions for Use of Nasal Strips

1. Clean and dry skin: It is advisable to wash and dry the nose area thoroughly before application. Avoid the use of oily creams or balms that may reduce the adhesion of the tape.
2. Degrease the skin for better adhesion: If the skin is oily, we recommend gently wiping it with a cleansing or disinfecting wipe.
3. Remove the protective paper: Carefully remove the back film to expose the adhesive side of the tape.
4. Paste the tape over the nasal cartilage: Position it just above the nostrils to gently lift the nasal wings and free the nasal passages.
5. Press and secure: Press the tape gently with your fingers for 5-10 seconds to ensure a good fit.
6. Leave on: The tape will typically stay in place for 6-8 hours, depending on skin type and activity level.
