Multifunctional 2-in-1 Bar is an innovative training structure that you can use for complex upper body exercises. It is a wall-mounted chin-up bar and dip bars in one. The set includes 4 hooks that you mount on the wall. Then, it’s up to you whether you hang the structure so that it serves as a chin-up bar, where you can perform pull-ups, both close-grip and wide-grip, to strengthen your back and arms. When you hang the device, rotate it and hang it the other way round, you get dip bars. These are perfect for dips, which are great for targeting the triceps and chest muscles.
