Milk Thistle contains 300 mg of a standardized extract from a plant called Silybum Marianum, or Milk Thistle. The seeds of this plant contain a blend of the active ingredients silybin, silydianin, and silychristin. These are known under one name as the plant antioxidant silymarin. Milk Thistle is a popular herb in traditional medicine, where its effects have been used to treat digestive problems, liver problems or upset stomach. In addition to silymarin, it also contains flavonoids and vitamins C and K. It is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains 300 mg of a standardized extract (as dry extract) from milk thistle seed (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertner) (equivalent to 7200 mg - 8100 mg of milk thistle seed), corresponding to 174 mg of silymarin, calculated as silibinin. Extraction solvent: acetone 95% v / v.

Recommended use

Take 1-2 tablets daily with food. The package contains 90 tablets.
