Melatonin Plus Effervescent combines the hormone melatonin, three herbal extracts and vitamins B6 and B12. Its base consists of 0.4 mg of the neurohormone melatonin, whose levels are naturally linked to the daily cycle of light and dark. Furthermore, it contains 75 mg of valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), 50 mg of chamomile flower extract (Matricaria chamomilla) and 50 mg of lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis) with a 0.5 % share of rosmarinic acid.

The formula is then complemented by 2.1 mg of vitamin B6 (150 % of the recommended daily intake) and 2.5 µg of vitamin B12 (100 % NRV). Together, these contribute to normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of levels of fatigue and exhaustion.

Simply dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water and take once a day about 30 minutes before bedtime. You will also get a refreshing raspberry-flavoured drink, which will become your favourite end to a demanding day. This complex is thus ideal as a regular part of your evening routine.
