Kimchi contains crunchy pieces of fermented vegetables that refresh any meal

Kimchi is a fermented vegetable salad that every gourmet will love. It has its origins in traditional Korean cuisine, but its unique taste and beneficial effects have made it popular with people all over the world. It contains both larger and smaller pieces of vegetables such as cabbage, carrots or white radish, which are seasoned with selected spices. This mixture is then processed by natural fermentation, giving kimchi its typical slightly sour taste and making it rich in beneficial microorganisms that anyone who takes care of their digestion (microbiome) will appreciate.

This refreshing salad with crunchy vegetable pieces can then be enjoyed on its own or added to a meal. It goes perfectly with Asian dishes such as bibimbap or ramen. Moreover, it will also enhance the taste of fried rice, noodles, soups and salads. It is also suitable for baguettes, tortillas, sandwiches or as a side dish to grilled meat and its plant-based alternatives. It also comes in handy if you're preparing a meal and don't have fresh vegetables on hand.

The advantage of this kimchi is that it's low in calories and sugar, which is especially handy when you're watching your caloric intake. Additionally, it is naturally gluten-free and suitable for vegans. This way, it will soon become your favourite ingredient that you'll want to add to every meal.

Store in a dry place out of direct sunlight at room temperature. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 30 days. Pasteurized.
The lid may slightly bulge at the top during transport at high temperatures (above 30°C). This is not a defect, but rather a consequence of the product being heated. The cause is carbon dioxide (CO2) produced by naturally occurring microorganisms before pasteurization. CO2 rises to the surface, increasing pressure in the container. At normal room temperature, the lid will return to its usual position. You can then open and consume the product.
