Ionic Drink ReHydrate ZERO is a refreshing sugar-free concentrate with vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. It is a powerful concentrate from which, thanks to a solution ratio of 1:65, you can prepare up to 66 liters of ready-to-drink beverage. This results in a functional hypotonic drink, which, due to its osmolality and ingredients, is ideal for replenishing fluids especially during demanding sports performance or on hot summer days when the body sweats more and loses important electrolytes.

 

Each ingredient has its specific purpose. Magnesium plays a role in metabolism important for energy production and also contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion. Athletes will also appreciate its effect on normal muscle function and electrolyte balance. These effects are complemented by a complex of vitamins B6, B12, B3 (niacin), which help the proper functioning of the nervous system and psyche. Together with pantothenic acid (B5), which supports healthy mental activity, they also contribute to normal energy metabolism. Additionally, vitamins B6 and B12 support immune function.

 

What makes this sugar-free hypotonic sports drink exceptional is the presence of functional amino acids. It contains L-carnitine, L-alanine, and taurine, which is commonly found in energy drinks. Composition

Purified water, acid (citric acid), flavouring, magnesium gluconate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sweetener (acesulfame K), L-carnitine base, L-alanine, taurine, potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, sweetener (sucralose), preservative (potassium sorbate), niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), colourants (carotenes, beta-apo-8′-carotenal).

Dosage

Add 7.5 ml of concentrate to 0.5 l of water (solution ratio 1:65). Take 1–3 times a day.
