One of those supplements that actually works. I am 54 years old. I practice boxing twice a week plus go to the gym twice a week. As always, autumn brings a drop in energy. This is despite the fact that I take adult dosages of: beta-alanine, taurine, citrulline, arginine, L-carnitine, and others. When HMB became available here, I purchased it immediately. Now I observe that the younger guys at boxing get exhausted faster than I do. This supplement likely has a cumulative effect. One should not expect explosive energy during the first week.
