I do not understand why anyone focuses on the taste. And when we are on the subject, it is completely neutral. If I mix it with flavored EAA, I cannot detect any taste. Babovky... I was skeptical about the creatine craze, but either I am placebo-affected or it works: after four weeks of daily consumption, preferably before workouts, my endurance has improved. I chose this instead of creatine because, unfortunately, after three months of diarrhea, I realized I would not get used to creatine. Please note: it has a dirty-foot taste, which I have not yet found an effective way to mask, although fruit juice is said to help. I have tried various flavored versions so far, but the taste is still noticeable. With creatine, I noticed an increase in endurance and strength immediately (within about two weeks); with this product, it took longer, and perhaps the effect is not as intense, but it is also not as invasive for me as creatine.
