Very Berry Heart Healthy Oat Flakes are made from oat bran, the taste of which is perfectly complemented with freeze-dried fruit (lyophilized strawberries, raspberries, cranberries). Thanks to the processing method, it retains all important vitamins and minerals, such as iron, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, thiamine, vitamin B12, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamins D and E.
In addition, Very Berry Heart Healthy Oat Flakes also boast with the optimal ratio of beta-glucans from oats. These help maintain normal cholesterol levels in blood and reduce the increase of glucose in blood after a meal rich in oats. Per one serving (40 g) they provide at least 1 g of beta-glucans from oats, which is up to 33% of the recommended daily serving (3 g).
