Ingredients

Gluten-free oat flour, cane sugar, chocolate chips 18 % [sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), flavouring], corn starch, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), salt, ground vanilla 0.17%, flavouring.

 

Instructions

Mix with 1 egg, 60 g of butter/oil, and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. On a baking tray lined with baking paper, form 16 flattened balls. Bake at 180 °C for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool before serving.
