Cold-press juicing technology 

The cold pressing technology is a process used during juicing. Fruit or vegetables are pressed, which is quite different from the standard juicing method. A hydraulic press is used, which uses pressure to slowly and systematically juice the ingredients. This process differs from using rotary blades in that there is no heat being generated.
