FIT Prep - a spacious bag, thanks to which you will always have your favourite fitness meals at hand

The FIT Prep bag is a compact food bag with 3 durable plastic containers with a transparent lid together with 3 spoons. The bag also includes 2 gel pockets. You can use these to keep your food cool or warm inside the bag. For a warming effect, simply place the gel bag in a microwave or warm water for a few minutes. For a cooling effect, we recommend placing the bag in the freezer for a few minutes. On the left side of the bag there is an open storage space for your bottle or shaker. On the right side of the bag you will find a spacious zip pocket.       

You can also use a hot-cold gel pack, which is included in the packaging, to aid muscles recovery.
