It has an adjustable shoulder strap and a durable handle, thanks to which it ensures maximum comfort when carried. Shaker is not included in the bag!

You can use these to keep your food cool or warm inside the bag. For a warming effect, simply place the gel bag in a microwave or warm water for a few minutes. For a cooling effect, we recommend placing the bag in the freezer for a few minutes. On the left side of the bag there is an open storage space for your bottle or shaker. On the right side of the bag you will find a spacious zip pocket.
You can also use a hot-cold gel pack, which is included in the packaging, to aid muscles recovery.
