Recommended use
For tolerance examination, use the first 2 days 1 serving (1 serving - 5 g) with 180 - 240 ml of water on an empty stomach 15 - 30 minutes before breakfast. You can add the second serving in 5 - 6 hours later. For best results, use 60 days with fixed nutrition and suitable training. Do not exceed 2 serving in 24 hours.
