Ingredients

Maltodextrin, Dioscorea villosa (wild yam extract), vegetable capsule containing hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water and calcium carbonate, stabilizer: Methocel®, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Recommended use

Use 1–2 caps daily before training. On non-training days, use 1 capsule in the morning with breakfast.
