I can definitely feel the difference before and after starting DAA. So I recommend. However, it does not dissolve well in water in a shaker, it is better to put a spoonful directly on the tongue and immediately drink it with a sufficient amount of water. Otherwise, you will have enough of it left on the walls of the shaker.
