BIO Psyllium contains natural soluble fiber in BIO quality, which is made by grinding off the husk of the seeds of the plant Desert Indianwheat (Plantago ovata). Psyllium is unique in that it can increase its volume several times in water. As a result, as it passes through the digestive system, it expands and forms a gel, which can affect the feeling of satiety, and binds harmful substances and then discharges them from the body.
