Composition

100% Beta alanine. 

Dosing

Add 1 scoop (5 g) into required amount of water or juice and mix in a shaker. During training days, divide 5 g into two doses. Take one dose 20 minutes before a training and the second one immediately after a training. During non-training days, take 1 dose of 5 g, best before meal.
