Beta Alanine - a functional supplement for sprinters, crossfitters and strength athletes

Beta alanine contains the same non-essential amino acid, which active people take before training. It is thus suitable for sprinters, crossfitters and other strength athletes or people practicing HIIT. However, it also comes in handy for endurance athletes such as runners or cyclists who have training sessions in hills and difficult terrain.  

This supplement comes in the form of a highly soluble powder that you simply add to water or other beverage and drink. You can also combine it with L-citrulline or L-arginine to create a more comprehensive pre-workout formula. Because it doesn't contain caffeine or other stimulants, it's also useful before an evening workout.

Ingredients

Unflavoured: 100% beta-alanine.

Lemon Lime Flavour: Beta alanine, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).

Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (1.9 g) with 200 ml of water. Take 1-2 times a day.
