Beta Alanine - a source of beta-alanine that suppresses the acidification and accumulation of lactic acid, thereby delaying fatigue

Beta Alanine is a source of the non-essential amino acid beta-alanine in form of tablets and it can be naturally found in the beta amino acid spectrum. Together with L-histidine, it helps to produce carnosine which aids the transfer of amino acids into the muscles, thereby leading to the formation of pure muscle mass. Carnosine also reduces the acidification and accumulation of lactic acid. In addition, it removes body waste, resulting in improved sports performance and reduced fatigue. As one of the few amino acids, it is not used in protein synthesis. The body gets the beta-alanine from food, possibly in form of nutritional supplements.
