I read online that when a manufacturer produces a protein product from beef, the protein content of the raw material is broken down into pure amino acids through a hydrolysis process, which is also a filtering process. I have mixed emotions.
The first beef protein I've tried. Izre is full of flavor, the most delicious white wine I've ever had. Creamy vanilla with a little bit of coffee. However, the foam is sloppy. After training, I drink it in a shaker mixed with cold water, but you get a big foam that can only be consumed when it is about half full. Unfortunately, this is why I'm going to die. :( and the price and the smell are great, but the foam is annoying.
