Apex Hiking Backpack 40 l is a functionally equipped backpack designed for multi-day hikes, mountain crossings, long weekends or active sightseeing holidays. With a clever layout of 9 pockets and practical details, it offers plenty of storage space for everything you need during your adventure. Easily store spare clothing, essential gear and food supplies for multiple days.
This compact 1.4kg backpack has a reinforced back system with metal construction and airflow technology, which promotes maximum back breathability. The outer part is made up of durable 100% nylon, which excels in light weight, fast drying properties and high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The inner lining is made of strong polyester, which is easy to clean. These materials thus ensure long durability, light weight and comfortable use of the backpack even on longer expeditions.
The main compartment of this outdoor backpack has a top filling, which is pulled down by a drawstring and covered by a lid with a buckle. It also has the advantage of a second access on the front with a zipper. This also allows you to quickly access items stored lower in the backpack. The top lid also contains 2 zippered pockets which are ideal for a headlamp, snacks or other small items. Inside the main compartment, there is a separate hydration pack pocket and a hole for a tube. So you can conveniently drink while walking and maintain optimal hydration throughout your trip.
On the front of the Apex Backpack, you'll find an elastic mesh compartment, where you can quickly stow your jacket or other gear you need to keep close at hand. The side stretch pockets can hold a water bottle or trekking or Nordic walking poles, which can also be secured with compression straps. You can easily attach a mattress under the top lid, where it is held in place by two drawstring straps.
In addition to the back system, the adjustable shoulder, chest and hip straps ensure a comfortable carrying experience.
