Composition
Whey protein hydrolyzate, poultry protein hydrolyzate, e.g. albumin, whey protein concentrate, gelatin, sorbitol, aromas, magnesium stearate - anti-lumps agent, citric acid - acid regulator, sucralose - sweetener.
Dosage
Take 12 pills a day, preferably take 4 pills before breakfast, 4 pills before training and 4 pills after training.
