Recommended use
Stir 1 serving (1 measuring cup = 9 g) in 240 ml of water and take before and during training. For better results, mix 2 scoops (18 g) with 470 ml of cold water and take before and during training. To increase your daily intake of BCAA you can also add 1-2 scoops to a jug of water and drink during the day.
