Advanced Prep Food Bag offers maximum storage space for all your fitness meals. There are 3 high-quality plastic containers with a transparent lid for practical storage of food. The bag also contains 2 gel bags that will keep your food and drinks cool or warm. You can achieve the warming effect by placing the gel bag in a microwave oven or warm water for a few minutes. For a cooling effect, we recommend placing the bag in the freezer for a few minutes. Then simply place the gel bag in an insulated compartment at the top of the bag. On both sides of the bag there is a large, spacious zip pocket, which is suitable for storing shakers, water bottles or nutritional supplements. The food bag has a practical adjustable shoulder strap and a solid durable handle, which ensures comfort.

You can also use a hot-cold gel pack, which is included in the packaging, to aid muscles recovery.
