BEST BCAA Shredded ™ is a source of branched-chain amino acids in an easily soluble instant form. The branched-chain amino acids include three amino acids called leucine, isoleucine, and valine, referred to as BCAAs. BCAAs are among the 8 essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize and they must come from food or nutritional supplements. The essential amino acids are the building blocks of protein that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. BEST BCAA Shredded ™ contains 5 g of BCAA in a unique form produced by a patented technology called Oligopeptide-Enzymatic Technology™.

One more functional ingredient in the product is the amino acid L-Citrulline, which supports the production of nitric oxide (NO) in the body. Suggested use
