Our creatine is micronized – milled into significantly finer particles with a size of approximately 200 mesh (at least 70% passes through a 200-mesh sieve). In practice, this means better solubility, a smoother drink and less sediment at the bottom of the glass, especially in the flavoured versions.
Why creatine monohydrate?
Creatine is nothing artificial. What creatine can do
Creatine is one of the most thoroughly researched supplements ever, and its effects do not end with „greater strength”.

Weeks 1-2:
Muscles begin to bind water directly inside the cells (not under the skin). You will look fuller and you may gain 1–2 kg on the scale – don't be alarmed, this is exactly what you are trying to achieve.
Weeks 2-3:

I use this creatine regularly and I'm satisfied with it, it's a standard monohydrate at a good price... I've had this creatine from different brands and it's always the same in a different package... I use this creatine regularly and I'm satisfied with it, it's a standard monohydrate at a good price... I've had this creatine from different brands and it's always the same in a different package... I can feel the effect of this creatine, an increase in strength and I think it's this good creatine in the reviews is about exaggeration, the problem will probably be that there is a 25g measuring cup in it... the dose of creatine is about 5g, depending on the weight and level of development, if you take a 5-fold dose of creatine at once, it is a standard reaction of the body and extra for a beginner...Was this review helpful to you?Peter
