Supplied anchors made of pressed tin. When screwing overhead with an outstretched arm, a 75 kg person caused the thread of both the nut and the screw to strip. They must be cut off and replaced with your own anchors. The supplied items are of a quality I last saw in Romania twelve years ago. One can only hope that the suspension hardware is not of the same standard.

Without significant effort, I was able to overtighten the screw, which unfortunately broke into the ceiling. Consequently, I must now cut off the protruding part with a grinder, order a new one, and start over. Please exercise caution and do not overtighten the screw.

High-quality, affordable mounting for TRX. The set includes two anchors and two screws with 10 mm wall plugs. The finish is of excellent quality, weld seams are cleaned, the base is thick, and the ribs for the canopy are also robust. I am satisfied; the shipment was fast!

Installation instructions are missing. Mount it on the ceiling approximately 1.2 meters or more from the wall. You will need: 1) A hammer drill 2) A 12mm drill bit for concrete, stone, and brick 3) A hammer 4) A 14mm wrench for nuts 5) A marker for marking holes 6) A metal and electrical wiring detector Optional: 7) Gloves 8) Safety goggles (for falling dust) 9) Ear muffs Using the detector, locate a gap between the beams or joists in the ceiling (they are located beneath the concrete surface). Place the X-mount against the gap and mark the drilling points. Drill holes approximately 62mm deep. Using the hammer, drive the anchors into the holes so that the nuts protrude outward (the nuts must remain on the anchors during hammering). Attach the X-mount and tighten using the number 14 wrench in the following order: large washer, small washer, and nut. The load capacity should be 250kg. It is used with suspension straps.
