Vitamin D3 & K2 are capsules containing vitamin D and vitamin K (MK-4). Each capsule contains 25 µg of vitamin D3 and 45 µg of vitamin K. Vitamin D is important for health because it contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and helps to use phosphorus and calcium. Vitamin D also helps to maintain healthy bones, muscles and teeth. Vitamin K contributes to proper blood clotting and maintaining healthy bones.
