Recommended use
Mix 1 scoop (47g) with 200ml of water or low-fat milk. Take once a day, anytime during the day after training, between meals, as a snack or before bedtime. If you want to increase your protein intake and achieve a more delicious taste, mix 1 scoop in low-fat milk.
