I tried it at the end of my diet. During the whole diet, the food was gram-precise, with a deficit of -500 calories per day. I didn't feel any effect. I didn't lose more weight from it than before, and I didn't feel the effect of the thermogen either (I used to with other more complex fat burners). In my opinion, it's all marketing, an unnecessary waste of money.
