Magnolia Natural Shampoo with Bamboo Extract is a gentle sulfate-free shampoo for sensitive scalps and fine hair. It has a pH of 5,5–6,0 and contains two bamboo extracts along with gentle amino acid and sugar-based surfactants.
Fine hair faces a specific challenge: it needs to be washed frequently, but regular shampoos can weigh it down or dry it out with daily use. Magnolia Shampoo addresses exactly this. It cleans thoroughly enough, while its formula is designed not to burden the scalp. During washing, it releases a delicate magnolia fragrance complemented by citrus notes of bitter orange and lemon.
The basis of its cleansing performance is Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate – a surfactant derived from coconut oil and glutamic acid. It is complemented by the sugar surfactant Coco Glucoside and Cocamidopropyl Betaine, which provides foaming. This combination reliably removes built-up impurities and excess sebum without drying out the scalp or causing a feeling of tightness.
Sulphate-free shampoos foam less than regular drugstore shampoos. This is not a drawback – it is the result of a gentler surfactant base. Simply massage the shampoo thoroughly into damp hair and scalp.
Two bamboo extracts and lactobacilli
The functional core of the formula combines cane bamboo extract fermented with lactobacilli (Bambusa Arundinacea Stem Extract) and broad-leaved bamboo extract (Phyllostachis Bambusoides). After washing, hair feels supple and lightweight, with natural volume and shine. The formula respects the scalp's natural environment and helps maintain its comfort.
Smooth hair and easy detangling are ensured by Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride – a conditioning ingredient derived from guar gum. It reduces static electricity, smooths the surface of the strands and makes detangling easier without weighing the hair down or creating a silicone film on it.

The scalp naturally has a slightly acidic pH. With a value of 5,5 – 6,0, Magnolia shampoo is adapted to it, making it a suitable choice for long-term use.
Regular drugstore shampoos often use sulphates (SLS/SLES) for their foaming properties and silicones for an instant smooth feel. However, we decided to take a different, nature-oriented approach. We replaced traditional silicones with conditioning guar gum and antistatic derivatives. We replaced artificial preservatives with a system based on fermented ingredients. This has created a functional whole that does not weigh hair down with a long-term build-up of insoluble substances.
What can you expect when switching to sulphate-free cosmetics?
