This oil comes from dried coconut pulp called copra. It is processed through a refining process, during which the oil is released from the pressed copra. It is then bleached, deodorized and filtered to remove all impurities. The resulting coconut oil is without fragrance or coconut flavour and with a high smoke point that ranges between 200-230 °C.

You can use it in cooking, baking, sautéing, frying and deep-frying because it can withstand high temperatures and, unlike virgin oils, does not change the taste of the ingredients.
