Flavor: vanillaDuring the first week, the vanilla flavor made me feel nauseous. The taste was unpleasant, but mainly because it foamed like soap in a bubble bath. Even following the recommended water dosage of 200–300 ml did not help; the consistency was like porridge. In my case, it was truly undrinkable. I have now gotten used to the taste and it no longer bothers me; however, I must always use at least 500 ml or more of water to prevent it from becoming porridge, and I prepare it first thing in the morning so that the foam settles by lunchtime. Thus, the main issue is no longer so much the taste but the consistency: one must either drink porridge or foam. Advantage: The porridge-like consistency is ideal for baking. I have often encountered recipes that use casein, which has a thicker consistency than regular proteins, and soy protein is even better in this regard.
