I tried it today after my first workout and it wasn't as bad as I expected. Cookies creme is quite good, so is the solubility. I didn't pay much attention to the foam because it was quite thick... I think it's worth it for the price, but I can't evaluate the results yet.. but it's definitely not disgusting, at least this taste is good. I can recommend it, but I will also try other proteins

In the past I had almond flavor, I was satisfied. The Cookies & Cream flavor is a terrible hummus. The taste is disgusting, it stinks, the solubility is terrible (sand), despite the extreme foaminess... these two flavors belong to me as totally different products with completely different consistencies.
