Cocoa Flavour: oat flakes 53%, whey protein concentrate 35%, grated coconut, defatted cocoa powder 2%, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), olive oil, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).
Vanilla Flavour: oat flakes 54%, whey protein concentrate 37%, grated coconut, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), olive oil, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).
Strawberry Flavour: oat flakes 54%, whey protein concentrate 36%, grated coconut, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), olive oil, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).
Banana Flavour: oat flakes 54%, whey protein concentrate 37%, grated coconut, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), olive oil, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).
Directions for use
Mix 65 g of porridge with 60-90 ml of hot water, stir thoroughly and let the mixture sit for a while, then consume.
