FueSix is a multi-source protein built on a blend of 6 high-quality protein sources with varying absorption rates – from fast-absorbing beef hydrolysate through whey concentrate and isolate, medium-absorbing milk isolate to slowly digestible micellar casein and egg albumin. This provides the body with amino acids both immediately after intake and gradually over the following several hours. The protein is also enriched with Palatinose™ – a disaccharide with a low glycaemic index. The result is a comprehensive formula that works for your muscles non-stop.

FueSix Protein – a multi-source protein with 6 protein sources for continuous muscle support

Not every protein is absorbed at the same rate. FueSix Protein by GymBeam was designed to supply your muscles with amino acids not only immediately after training, but also over a longer period of up to 4 hours. It is based on a carefully formulated blend of six protein sources with different digestion rates, enriched with Palatinose™. You will not find any cheap soy protein in the formula, but rather 6 animal protein sources with high biological value. We want to make it clear that what may at first glance look like just another ordinary protein formula is actually a well-thought-out strategy for maximum support of muscle growth and recovery.

FueSix Protein contains 66–69 g protein per 100 g of product, depending on the flavour selected, providing 19,8–20,7 grams of protein and 4,5 g BCAA per 30g serving.

66–69 g protein may seem low at first glance, but there is a clear explanation for this. We deliberately added Palatinose™ carbohydrate, which overall increases the anabolic potential of the entire blend.

FueSix Protein – a multi-source protein with 6 protein sources for continuous muscle support
Why does FueSix protein contain 6 protein sources?

Thanks to its 6 protein sources, FueSix is a comprehensive product that will supply your muscles with amino acids for more than 4 hours. Not just 2–3 hours, as is the case with regular whey protein. To achieve this, 6 carefully selected protein sources with high biological value had to be combined in specific proportions. Here is the result.

1. Beef protein hydrolysate – the fastest onset

A hydrolysate is a protein enzymatically pre-digested into short peptides. This allows it to be absorbed extremely quickly, making amino acids available in the bloodstream virtually immediately after consumption. An ideal starting impulse for muscle protein synthesis.

2. Whey protein isolate (WPI) – pure, fast-acting whey

WPI undergoes filtration that removes nearly all fat and lactose. The result is a highly pure protein source with a fast onset and a complete amino acid profile, including leucine – the key amino acid for initiating muscle protein synthesis.

3. Whey protein concentrate (WPC) – the backbone of the entire blend

WPC makes up the largest share of FueSix. It is a highly absorbable and rich source of valuable, naturally occurring bioactive whey protein fractions (beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, immunoglobulins). It provides the body with a rapid supply of amino acids. The high proportion of WPC in the formula also guarantees excellent taste and a creamy consistency.

4. Milk protein isolate – whey + casein in one

Milk protein isolate naturally contains both whey and casein protein in an approximate ratio of 1:4. This protein source adds complexity to the blend. Thanks to its moderately fast absorption, it fills the gap between the fast and slow fractions of the entire protein blend.

5. Micellar casein – slow, gradual release

We used casein in its native micellar casein form, which, thanks to its unique structure, ranks among the slowest-absorbing proteins. It is an anti-catabolic guardian for your muscles. It helps prevent their breakdown during longer intervals between meals or overnight.

6. Egg albumin – the slowest source in the entire blend

Egg albumin is one of the protein sources with the highest biological value, making it an obvious choice for FueSix. It is digested the slowest of all six ingredients and maintains elevated amino acid levels in the bloodstream for the longest time. It is the ideal “finish” for a several-hour anabolic effect.

Enriched with functional ingredients such as glutamine peptides and Palatinose™

Glutamine peptides are short peptide chains rich in glutamine. This amino acid plays a role in maintaining the health of the intestinal lining, immune function and replenishing glutamine stores in the muscles after intense training. Thanks to their peptide form, they are absorbed more efficiently than free glutamine.

Palatinose™ (isomaltulose) is a disaccharide primarily produced from sugar beet. Regular beet sugar (sucrose) obtained from sugar beet is structurally modified through a unique enzymatic manufacturing process, resulting in palatinose. The enzyme and the manufacturing process were discovered by the German sugar company Südzucker in the 50s of the last century. Commercial production under the Palatinose™ brand has been carried out by BENEO since the 80s. Unlike regular beet sugar, Palatinose™ has a much lower glycaemic index. Its energy is therefore released gradually without a sharp rise in blood sugar levels.

Enriched with functional ingredients such as glutamine peptides and Palatinose™
Why is multi-source protein better than single-source protein?

Simple whey protein quickly raises amino acid levels in the bloodstream after consumption – and then they quickly decline again. This is great immediately after training, but a few hours later, your muscles will not benefit from it as much.

FueSix protein works differently. Thanks to the combination of fast-, medium- and slow-digesting protein sources, amino acids are released into the bloodstream gradually and their levels remain high enough to stimulate muscle protein synthesis for much longer. The result is:

  • Immediate anabolic stimulus – Beef hydrolysate and the combination of 2 whey protein sources initiate muscle protein synthesis virtually immediately and keep it elevated for the first two hours.
  • Strong middle wave – Milk protein isolate then maintains a steady supply of amino acids to the bloodstream.
  • Long-lasting anti-catabolic protection – Micellar casein and egg albumin take over from milk protein isolate and ensure long-lasting stimulation of protein synthesis.

This was also confirmed by a study by Reidy (2013)¹, which examined the effects of whey protein alone and multi-source protein containing protein sources with different absorption rates (whey, soy, casein) on muscle protein synthesis. In practical terms, the study's findings can be summarised as follows: multi-source protein was able to stimulate protein synthesis more than whey protein alone

Why is multi-source protein better than single-source protein?

Who is FueSix suitable for?

1. Strength athletes and gym-goers
If you want to maximise muscle hypertrophy and give your body the best support after training and between meals. For this goal, scientific studies recommend a daily intake of 1,6–2,2 g protein per kilogram of body weight.²

2. Athletes with demanding training or competition schedules
Cyclists, swimmers, hockey players, footballers and athletes from many other sports. With a high training frequency, sufficient protein intake, muscle protection and recovery support are crucial. FueSix can handle it all. Athletes are generally recommended an intake of 1,2–2,0 g protein per kilogram of body weight.³ Sport also places strain on the musculoskeletal system. Protein also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones².

3. People losing weight or in a calorie deficit
A reduced calorie intake carries a risk of muscle mass loss. One way to help prevent muscle loss is to increase your intake of quality protein. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass⁴. In addition, quality protein supports feelings of fullness, which are important during a weight-loss regimen.

4. Users of GLP-1 medications
Rapid weight loss during GLP-1 treatment carries a risk of muscle loss. FueSix, with its comprehensive protein profile, is a natural ally for protecting muscle mass.

5. People aged 50+
As we age, anabolic resistance increases and the body uses dietary protein less effectively to restore muscle. A high-quality, comprehensive protein source is therefore ideal for older athletes and active seniors to build and maintain muscle mass.

6. Women aiming for a firmer figure
Protein certainly will not make you look overly muscular. On the contrary, it provides your body with the material needed to build a firm, toned physique. By supporting satiety, it helps manage sweet cravings.

7. Anyone who wants to conveniently meet their daily protein intake
Whether as a delicious shake with water or milk, or as an addition to porridge, smoothies, yoghurt or pancake batter.

Composition and dosage

Composition

Ultrafiltered whey protein, micellar casein, egg albumin, beef protein, milk protein, whey isolate, wheat glutamine peptides, cocoa, Palatinose™, flavouring, sweetened with sucralose.

Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 200–300 ml of water or milk in a shaker. Take 1–3x daily, depending on your total protein intake needs.

After training – fast-acting fractions kick-start recovery immediately, while slower fractions reliably support protein synthesis and muscle growth for longer. As a result, you do not need to stress or rush to have another meal after training.

Between meals – the unique protein blend keeps your body in an anabolic state for up to 6 hours after protein intake. It is ideal for those keeping calories under control during a cutting phase as well as those aiming to build muscle mass, for example during a bulking phase.

Before bed – the slower-digesting protein sources micellar casein and egg albumin are beneficial during longer periods without food intake while sleeping.

With meals – add it to oatmeal, smoothies or yogurt, or enjoy it as a delicious protein shake for an easy protein intake boost at any time of day.
