I already had more flavors, I won't name them here.. in general, the fruity ones were TOP! It fits well while driving, or to replenish proteins and carbohydrates after training, which in my opinion is the most important time for the body. Sometimes I treat myself right after waking up, before breakfast. They contain BCAA and Glutamine. I recommend packing them on vacation. I already had more flavors, I won't name them here.. in general, the fruity ones were TOP! It fits well while driving, or to replenish proteins and carbohydrates after training, which in my opinion is the most important time for the body. Sometimes I treat myself right after waking up, before breakfast. They contain BCAA and Glutamine. I recommend packing them on vacation.
