ProAMINO is a functional complex of amino acids, carefully selected vitamins and GreenEnergy® formula. It contains a blend of 9 amino acids that athletes take before, during or after exercise. The product contains branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), including leucine, isoleucine and valine, in a 4 : 1 : 1 ratio in favour of leucine. Next, there's l-glutamine, l-citrulline, l-arginine, beta-alanine and l-taurine.

This complex supplement also includes the unique GreenEnergy® formula, which contains caffeine and green coffee extract (Coffea arabica) as well as green tea (Camellia sinensis). Therefore, this supplement is ideally suited for pre-workout as part of pre-workout supplementation. It is also enriched with six vitamins, namely vitamin C (ascorbic acid), B3 (niacin), B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (folic acid), B12 (cobalamin) and D3 (cholecalciferol).

Vitamin C supports proper immune system function. However, athletes will also appreciate that it contributes to the maintenance of normal immune function during and after intense physical exercise. This effect occurs when 200 mg of vitamin C is supplemented in addition to the recommended daily intake, which this supplement clearly meets. Vitamins B3, B6, B9 and B12 help with reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamins B6 and B12 also support normal function of the psyche and nervous system. Vitamin B6 then also helps with the regulation of hormonal activity and normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamins B6 and B12 support normal function of the psyche and nervous system. Vitamin D also has a role to play in maintaining proper muscle function and healthy bones.
