N.O.-Xplode Legendary Pre-workout is a carefully formulated pre-workout with many functional ingredients. The base is the stimulant caffeine, which when consumed at 3 mg per kg of body weight approximately one hour before exercise, contributes to an increase in endurance performance. In addition, it helps to increase alertness and improve concentration. However, there is also vitamin C and vitamin B3 (niacin), which help reduce fatigue and exhaustion, which you will appreciate not only during hard workouts. Zinc also contributes to normal fatty acid metabolism, optimal protein synthesis, assists with the maintenance of normal blood testosterone levels and, together with vitamin C, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
