Dosage

Zmiešam 1 odmerku gainera (vanilková chuť) s 500 ml mlieka, 1 čajovou lyžičkou arašidového masla Gymbeam a banánom (niekedy aj s pohárom ovsených vločiek), aby som zvýšil kalorický príjem. Všetko rozmixujem v mixéri. 2. Spočiatku sa mi chuť vanilky nepáčila, pretože mala zvláštny počiatočný dojem, ale po jednom dni som si na ňu zvykol a začal som ju obľubovať. 3. Nápoj určite spôsobuje nadúvanie. 4. Pre tých, ktorí tvrdia, že je ťažký na žalúdok, ja osobne som necítil žiadne nezvyčajné pocity. 5. Gainer mi skutočne pomohol udržať si denný príjem kalórií, bielkovín a esenciálnych vitamínov. 6. Predpokladám, že moja hmotnosť sa nezmenila, pretože necvičím a nezvyšujem príjem gainera nad jednu odmerku. Ospravedlňujem sa, že takmer nemám schopnosť hovoriť po slovensky a nemôžem napísať recenziu v slovenčine. Pracujem na zlepšení svojich jazykových schopností a o niekoľko mesiacov dúfam, že recenziu napíšem v slovenčine. Prajem vám pekný deň.

Flavor: triple chocolate
Despite its praise, it is disgusting; the taste is repulsive, a pure artificial aftertaste. It can be consumed, but certainly not savored. The solubility is quite good compared to that white substance which does not dissolve and settles throughout the shaker, especially at the bottom, and remains after drinking; I can compare it to starch or semolina :D. The smell is also not very good; either it was sent spoiled or I do not know. I have had cheap gainers which were luxurious and delicious compared to this, but this is pure humus. Another issue is that it is quite heavy on the stomach, even though I only use two scoops; otherwise, nothing terrible, and within an hour I am fine. However, I already have enough of it, having had it for only two days, and I still have a 7-kilogram package... :-)

Otherwise, twice daily: approximately 30 minutes before training and a second dose before going to sleep. After 6 weeks, I gained 7 kg. People who use gainer generally feel fine about themselves, but the dosing is incorrect because the body can only absorb a certain amount of protein. For example, if you take 4 scoops, you consume 260g of gainer, which contains 52g of protein. However, your body can only absorb 30g of protein per serving, meaning you will excrete the remaining 22g. We recommend approximately 2.5 scoops.

Som 22-ročný chudý ázijský muž, ktorý má ťažkosti s konzumáciou správneho množstva vysokokalorických potravín na udržanie svojej hmotnosti. Môj organizmus má vysoký metabolizmus, cítim hlad každé 2 hodiny a často nemám čo jesť. Úprimne povedané, mám lenivosť variť. Kúpil som si tento gainer na udržanie svojej hmotnosti pri bežnom dennom príjme potravy bez cvičenia a tu sú moje dojmy a výsledky: 1. Zmiešam 1 odmerku gainera (vanilková chuť) s 500 ml mlieka, 1 čajovou lyžičkou arašidového masla Gymbeam a banánom (niekedy aj s pohárom ovsených vločiek), aby som zvýšil kalorický príjem. Všetko rozmixujem v mixéri. 2. Spočiatku sa mi chuť vanilky nepáčila, pretože mala zvláštny počiatočný dojem, ale po jednom dni som si na ňu zvykol a začal som ju obľubovať. 3. Nápoj určite spôsobuje nadúvanie. 4. Pre tých, ktorí tvrdia, že je ťažký na žalúdok, ja osobne som necítil žiadne nezvyčajné pocity. 5. Gainer mi skutočne pomohol udržať si denný príjem kalórií, bielkovín a esenciálnych vitamínov. 6. Predpokladám, že moja hmotnosť sa nezmenila, pretože necvičím a nezvyšujem príjem gainera nad jednu odmerku. Ospravedlňujem sa, že takmer nemám schopnosť hovoriť po slovensky a nemôžem napísať recenziu v slovenčine. Pracujem na zlepšení svojich jazykových schopností a o niekoľko mesiacov dúfam, že recenziu napíšem v slovenčine. Prajem vám pekný deň.

Despite its praise, it is disgusting; the taste is repulsive, a pure artificial aftertaste. It can be consumed, but certainly not savored. The solubility is quite good compared to that white substance which does not dissolve and settles throughout the shaker, especially at the bottom, and remains after drinking; I can compare it to starch or semolina :D. The smell is also not very good; either it was sent spoiled or I do not know. I have had cheap gainers which were luxurious and delicious compared to this, but this is pure humus. Another issue is that it is quite heavy on the stomach, even though I only use two scoops; otherwise, nothing terrible, and within an hour I am fine. However, I already have enough of it, having had it for only two days, and I still have a 7-kilogram package... :-)

Very good. I dosed it according to my own needs. In the morning only on rest days, meaning without training. Otherwise, twice daily: approximately 30 minutes before training and a second dose before going to sleep. After 6 weeks, I gained 7 kg. In terms of taste, it is truly like Triple Choco, excellent for me. The price is ridiculous, so for me, 10/10.

People who use gainer generally feel fine about themselves, but the dosing is incorrect because the body can only absorb a certain amount of protein. For example, if you take 4 scoops, you consume 260g of gainer, which contains 52g of protein. However, your body can only absorb 30g of protein per serving, meaning you will excrete the remaining 22g. We recommend approximately 2.5 scoops.
